People belonging to Jonathan Ferrar ´s discussion group were interested in two topics: Motivation & Morale Improvement and HR 2020 - What Challenges are Ahead and How Can we Get Ready?

This workgroup brought together several HR experts who are dealing with similar challenges within their organization. The group found that the biggest challenges in succession management are the following:
