Overview

2012 was a year of change. Change in attitudes, mindsets and traditional approaches. With such volatility and uncertainty around us, we kept asking ourselves the same questions: Can We Predict the Unpredictable? Can we learn from past mistakes to avoid future ones? How can we become more flexible and responsive to change?

The economic challenges of recent years have forced organizations to make compromises that no one particularly enjoys. Project managers are not immune from that, and pretending that projects can continue as though nothing has changed is never going to work. However, these extreme situations can result in positive changes for the future.

The reality of reduced resources and more aggressive timelines are creating never before seen challenges for Project Managers.

At Nordic Project Zone 2012, we ignited a positive spark on change, with hundreds of likeminded professionals gathering for the third time to discuss international best practices in regards to project, program and portfolio management with a special look at Agile and Business Analysis.
